The "No pressure salesperson" who was always pleasant, professional and helpful no matter what the question asked.  Service was very informative when going over the trailer. Great sense of humor and no question was to silly.

I would like to drop you a note, I bought an old 23' holidaire trailer off of Rangeland RV back in Late December early January.  The reason for buying from a dealer was:

1.        To be comfortable in buying a used product that has been checked over for defects as this was our first trailer

2.        If happy with the RV experience (as we enjoy camping but getting to old for tents), to purchase a new trailer

I took the trailer from you people in February and parked in my driveway, and in the middle of May, I filled the water tank so that I could drain the anti freeze and test the hot water tank.  I no sooner got the tank filled and started to flush the anti freeze that I discovered a leak in my hot water tank.

 

In short I phoned and you people took my trailer in (I know you are very busy at this time of year) took a look at the tank and replaced it.  I talked to Russ (Service)this morning and he advised me that it would be at no charge.

 

I would like to thank you, as this is the service that will get repeat business and recommendation.  I will certainly be making Rangeland my first choice when we decide to buy a new trailer and recommend you as a dealer to any of my colleagues or friends who are looking for a trailer. Please pass my thanks on to all people involved.

It is rare that either Sarah or I can say we truly had outstanding customer service experience. We were so overwhelmed by the recent purchase of our travel trailer that we felt we must bring it your attention.

From the moment we first stepped into the sales center, we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Everyone who assisted us was patient with our questions, knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with and most genuine. These are all seemingly rare traits in today's consumer world yet abundant at your dealership.

Furthermore, we would like to highlight the above and beyond assistance wereceived from Nate Ashby. We had a very difficult time disconnecting the truck and trailer and he actually voluntarily drove after work hours to our storage site to assist us! We are most grateful for his selflessness and chivalry.
